spider forced fusion [contest entry]

hello boyzz it me Robot with    a uhhhhhhhhh conetst entry for Red-Roses-Oasis (contest journal can b found here)

nature: hostile when feeling/is threatened or when they see/feel the presence of prey. 


APPEARANCE:
height: ~17'
body parts: 10 arms, 10 hands, 10 eyes, 1 'cephalothorax', 1 'abdomen'


COMBAT:
offense: venomous fangs, corrosive saliva, arms/hands, silk
defense: exoskeleton, webs
passive: nauseating scent (a foul smell emitted naturally from the spider than makes nearby gems feel nauseous/dizzy and lightheaded), leaping
weakness: deep bodies of water (arms can't cooperate as well), getting attacked by multiple gems at once

tactic: most often would catch its prey with just simply grabbing them with their hands, usually with the ones around their fangs. it will chase you to no end unless they weren't that hungry, then it'd give up after a while. though not what a normal spider would do, the forced fusion would eat the shards, though it does not need it nor does it actually do anything, but because of its general monstrous/savage nature. it also sometimes display the shards of their victims on their (many large) webs like as if they were trophies if they desire.
